I am not sure what y'all mean past asking if I was able to copy and paste photos in the system from my camera. You would have to explain that further; I have no idea what yous hateful.
I am calculation ii screen prints of what happens. In the first screen, it asks me where I want to get the pictures from. H is the bulldoze for my photographic camera and so I click on that.
In the 2d film, It shows some pictures on the bottom that have already been downloaded (before this problem started) and the ones on the peak are the ones I am trying to import from my camera. But every bit you encounter, in that location is no push to click on to import them. You have to close the screen; there is nowhere to go from here.

No, I had non fabricated whatsoever changes to my figurer. However, when I went to settings in Microsoft Photos and tried to give my feedback; I discovered I am not the only one with this problem; several other people reported it too.
The Microsoft tech I spoke to today did a sfc scan for ages and it came dorsum equally nothing wrong with my computer. He even uninstalled and reinstalled Microsoft Photos and of form I rebooted. It still is the aforementioned.
Information technology is like this on a friend's computer too, totally different make than mine.
I will have a closer await at your instructions tomorrow morning when I am fresher in the brain. Thank y'all so much; will let you know if anything helps. I have come to the conclusion that the plan has a glitch in it, which was suggested to me by Microsoft techs; not sure but I will try what you suggest.

I opened the Administrator Command Prompt window and typed in the things yous asked. I told me what I was looking for was unknown.

This isn't a solution to your trouble; it's a workaround, just I actually prefer doing it this style:
Instead of doing what you are trying, remove the media card from the camera and insert it into the bill of fare reader slot on the computer, if you have a reader slot. If yous don't take a card reader slot, you can buy a USB card reader for around $2 US on Amazon.com. Then simply copy and paste or elevate and driblet from the card reader to wherever you want to put the pictures on your hard drive.
